Dwayne Wade Signed Basketball?
Dwayne Wade is a very hard autograph get. One of the only places that we know you can get an autograph from is Upper Deck -- so if you are bidding on a Dwayne Wade autographed basketball that doesn't come with pretty convincing authentication, I would be leery.

Horrible forgery, without looking at the signature, you can tell the number 3 is a completely different striation in handwritting. It is pathetic.
On another note, I have noticed with people in the UK, they like to forge soccer and tennis items and people aren't aware that these sports have forgeries too. This seller with the link below has tons of forgeries. It is sad that forgeries not only exist with the well known sports and athletes, but practically everywhere.
http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZseriously_coolQQhtZ-1
I forgot to add that they make it look like they are a genuine company with their so called authenticity claim and their autographs are pretty good forgeries and someone could easily buy one. However, I find it odd that the same light blue pen was used on all the auctions that I clicked on which was about 20 of them. They have a website called http://www.seriouslycoolmemorabilia.com/ and I can't load it, maybe it is just my internet connection.
the questionable one looks like they tried too hard to copy wade's signature. you can tell they spent too much time on it because it doesn't have the flow of someone who signs the same signature over and over
Sometimes people forget that baseball collectors are not the only ones getting hosed...
Wade is a very popular item - in the same category as Reggie Bush or Sidney Crosby.
People are always trying to capitalize on the next big thing.
The seller of that forged Dwayne Wade autographed basketball is Ebay Seller "Prestigesigs." This particular item was already removed by Ebay, but my question is "why didn't Ebay remove the other 24 fake Dwayne Wade autograph items," including two identical basketballs like the forged one above. One of Ebay friends sent me the "Quick Opinion" report and the result is "Likely Not Genuine." It is "Likely Not Genuine," it is a bad forgery......Chris W.
if you're going to try to sell something for a large sum of money, the least you can do is add a picture to your listing, it's free for the 1st picture! at the time, this obvious newbie has no picture of the card. 200080734230
would you pay $10,000 for a card that the seller doesn't even tell you what card it is? i hope they had to pay a rediculous listing fee just for being so ignorant.
Following up on BigTruck's observation about a terrible-looking Babe Ruth card from the previous thread (170081798423), evidently it has been re-listed at 170083072484. Now a private auction, and check out the explanation that should sound very loud alarm bells:
"This card is being relisted due to non-paying winning bidder. We are selling this card for a friend and from the information we have learned, it is not made by Topps or Upper Deck. We do not know much about baseball cards, however from much research it appears to be a professionaly made card. This card was purchased from a card show in Dallas."
Keep up the good work.
IN RESPONSE TO JACK WILSONS POST CLAIMING GAI STICKERS BREAK UP INTO L;ITTLE PIECES IF REMOVED IS TOTALY FALSE
GAI,PSA AND JSA USE STICKERS NOT HOLOGRAMS,STICKERS ARE EXCATLY WHAT THEY ARE JUST STICKERS THAT CAN BE PEELED BACK ON ANY ITEM
HOLOGRAMS ARE TAMPER PROOF WHERE IF PEELED BACK WILL BREAK OF INTO SOME MANY PEICES IMPOSSABLE TO REPAIR .PAY ATTENTION TO JETER SUCKS BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN IN THIS HOBBY FOR 15 YEARS AND SEEN ABOUT EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK
jeter_sucks"
Yeah - I have been watching the auction for that Babe Ruth "auto" card. It is clear that the card was made by someone after market with the intention of selling it to someone as real. The signature is terrible, any fifth grader could tell the difference.
I have seen this trick used before on more modern players and a few HOF stars. They take scans of a few different cards and photoshop them into a new "product" making two seperate pieces. They then cut out a window in the top piece and lay the "cut" between the two pieces and glue them together. Then they add the hand numbering.
MOST of these people clearly list that the card is an after market piece that was created by the seller. They count on the ignorance of customers who fail to read all parts of the description. This is the same type of scam as the guys who sell autgraphed reprints. Reprint is listed in the category, but not in the listing.
I am also noticing an increase in the amount of people who are using Steiner,MM, Schwartz and Tri-Star stock photos to sell their fakes. PSA can't make a determination because they know that the sigs in the photos are legit -
pjuice1757: Check out his 12th Tiger Woods golf ball and his 5th David Beckham item.
pjuice1757 gets around. he must be best buds with tiger and beckham. too bad tiger doesn't sign golf balls.
That Ruth card is obvious garbage.
Why would someone even bid on a card that admittedly is not produced by a well known card mgf.?
and yet it has 5 bids and is up to $325.00. Looks like the crooks have found a new creative way to recycle the greg marino fake cuts and dump them into the marketplace.
If you remember Crystal (baseballmomx5) from the previous thread, a shop owner dumped a bunch of Marino fakes on her. They are obviously still around, and the guys who were stuck with them have waited until now to sell...when the controversy died down.
I can't believe that this card was on display at a show in a big city like Dallas without one person informing the seller that the item was a fake.
I mean, I am not even a Yankee guy, and Ruth's sig is so significant, I can tell it is fake from the hundreds of facsimiles I have seen over the years - not to mention the real ones.
I am very suprised that this item has not been pulled. I would also not be suprised if there was some shill bidding going on with this auction...especially since it is now a private listing. I hope soneone sends it for Quick Opinion...
I just received an email from the seller (Prestigesigs) of this fake Dwayne Wade autographed basketball. He claims "I was just at the Garden and saw Dwayne again, about two weeks ago." So he walked into Madison Square Garden with about a dozen basketballs and Mr. Wade autographed all of his basketballs for him. I contacted the Miami Heat about this seller.....And one word about that so-called Babe Ruth autograph: FAKE!!! Chris W..
BT,
I submitted the Ruth cut auto card to PSA to have it pulled, and it came back likely not genuine--of course--but since it is not in the Autographs category, ebay would not end the auction. It is now bid over $1500, so hopefully it is the same seller who did not pay before shooting up the price in order to not pay again.
Shane
Has anyone had any dealings with siriussports1 on ebay. I bought an item from him over a week ago but I cant get him to respond to any of my emails.
BR

JS -
If you guys remember the COA on that Gold Signed Pujols Ball, they had the same logos imprinted on their COA -not hard to do.
It stinks about the Cut Ruth card not being removed. Thanks for the help Batter-Up (glad to see you here). What really stinks is that someone is going to buy this, put it into a safe and in 20 years, take it to a dealer to trade or sell and they are going to laugh at him.
Like I said, I have seen these cards made up before - this is not a new concept. Maybe if we contact the Players Association, Topps or UD we could see something done, until then we will probably have to sit back and cringe every time someone bids.
I almost don't feel sorry for those bidding. It is these kinds of people that buy a Rolex from a guy in a truck in NYC thinking they got a great deal - when in reality, it is a fake.
JS - as far as credit goes...If this was a real cut, and authenticated, It would be a neat way to display it. But the fact that it is garbage makes me mad. Also, I would bet that he is shill bidding this item - and that he probably won it himself last time -which is why he relisted it privately.
This reminds me of another point to remember.
Just because it may be an official card company memorabilia card dosnt guarantee that the signature has been authenticated or is real.
Remember recently all the UD cards that were discovered to be fake cuts. Just a hint, Dont automatically assume something is real because it has the name upper deck, psa, gai, topps, etc. atatched to it, you still need to do your homework and be able to do some authentication on a item yourself. These large companies deal with too large a volume to have all the checks and balances needed to ensure 100% authenticity.
Joedster - Right.
That quad cut by UD had Ruth, Wagner, Johnson and Cobb. (I think!) - They discoved that the Ruth and Walter Johnson cuts were Marino forgeries...some poor guy paid almost $85,000 for it (it was a 1/1)
I know that UD now has Jimmy Spence looking over their cuts sigs - but I have to be honest...I still would not buy a cut sig card unless I was 100% certain myself that the sig is legit. I'm read SCD and I know a few things about authentication - but I'm not an "expert". At least I can admit it - unlike some places that want you to think they are experts (insert your own company name)
If it is a Joe Medwick, Frank Frisch, Dizzy Dean or Stan Musial cut - I'm OK!
Here is a link to a site that has good info on these cuts:
http://richardsimonsports.com/hofauto2.htm
This should upset some people who have cut cards, but it's reality. We are here to help people.
thanks for that link bigtruck.. pretty scary info for big spending collectors. i thought PSA was a very reputable company, but i guess they're not much better than GAI. and if upper deck can mess up that bad, it just goes to show you the only way you can be 100% certain that a signature is real is to see it signed in person. otherwise DO YOUR RESEARCH.
To Jeter-Sucks, I just received an email from Radtke and they are not Dwayne Wade's agent. But the good news is that I did receive an email from the Miami Heat and they tell me they are looking into the Dwayne Wade autograph items being sold by Ebay Seller "Prestigesigs." Chris W....
Hey guys, that fake Babe Ruth cut autograph auction was "Voided" by Ebay.....Chris W.
dwyane wades memorabilia agent is rich altman from hollywoodcollectibles.com, they handled his appearance at the national sports convention a few years ago. jeter_sucks seems to know so much about the industry but he is another little baseball card collecting know it all punk that hides on blogs like this.
One other comment from me about the cut autographs from Upper Deck. Last year Upper Deck replaced a Connie Mack cut auto numbered 6/6 that was a forgery. Took them months to replace it, but they did. Once again it was greed that got in the way of those cut autographs that were fake. Upper Deck at the time simply did not do go through the proper channels of authentication on many of those cut autographs.....Chris W.
even mr chris williams should know this about hollywoodcollectibles since he purchases everything alex gordon and rich has him under contract too.
jeter_sucks if you are this promoter and dealer what is the real reason esp got taken down with ebay? lets see if you know your stuff. I love your opinions and that crap you dish out. to most you are a complete fraud.
and another thing radtke only has favre under contract. he does signings with the other players but favre is the only player that signs only for radtke. dont give out information to collectors on this blog unless you know the facts. jeter_sucks should go back into his little hole
Mr. Anonymous, thank you for that info. I just finished emailing Mr. Altman. And yes, I am also a big Alex Gordon collector....Chris W.
Chris - I had a part in that Ruth auction being voided. Email me and I'll explain.
Everyone else - guys, I have a contact at eBay now, but I don't want to give it out publicly...FYI
It is ONLY for vintage sigs -
Oh yeah, Hollywood Collectibles and Rich Altman will respond. Every time I call that place, I talk to Rich himself.
he doesn't seem like the kind of guy to get undercut if you know what I mean.
bigtruck260 you can ask your contact when Pong Meng a.k.a. FANSINDASTANDS will be back. if they really cared, they would have deleted his account. He still has an active acocunt, which means when the dust settles he will be back to dump some more worthless crap out onto the market. I am sure he will have his normal variety of items signed by every player on the New York Yankees. I am also willing to bet that he will have items signed by Red Sox pitcher Matuzaka that he had "signed at Spring Training"
The start of baseball season will also re-start the fake baseball memorbabilia season.
speaking of fansindastands, check out item #270089838938.. look who the high bidder was.
when the FBI kicks his door in, I bet that will be a goner.
since the barry bonds signed helmet i bought last year was a FAKE, i'm still looking for an authentic bonds signature. i just found this gem on ebay #280083884876
i think i will pass on that one.
Just as an FYI (read between the lines)
Saw today in SCD that mr. Ted Taylor is now listed as Coaches Corners PUBLIC RELATIONS DIRECTOR.
Mr. Taylor is also one half of STAT AUTHENTIC the authentication company widely used by coaches Corner. He has also gone out of his way to write letters to the editor praising CC and its honesty.
Things that make you go Hmmmmmmm.
Check out the garbage autographs from Ebay seller "beachcardsjax." Hey, J-Man, I guess our buddy "fansindastands" bought that new TV from the sales of his fake autographs. Great work, Bigtruck, in getting that Ruth cut auction voided. You saved someone $2,000!!! It does make you wonder why seller "fansindastands" still has an active account. But we will keep an eye on him. I am sure he is trying to come up with a new Ebay ID to sell under....Chris W.
...And Chris Morales will be names VP of merchandising for Coach's corner - that place gets shadier by the minute. If anyone has a recent Tuff Stuff with Ryan Howard on the cover, look at the Coach's Corner ad...it features a 1915 Red Sox signed baseball with Ruth and Tris Speaker. It looks pretty funky - and why wasn't the top autograph authentication company (JSA) not used for authentication? Because CC uses a 'forensics" program to cert. their graphs.
Everyone should know that forensics experts are another term for money grubbing low-lifes who hang from the pods of forgers. They will certify anything...good grief.
And guys, the "contact" at eBay is a vintage sig person, not a current bandwagon expert. He doesn;t really work for eBay per se, but has a strong influence apparently - didn't take long for the Ruth card to be turded.
beachcardjax - major fraud there - came across them this week when I was checking feedback for the guys selling those Pujols items: akinnetwin if you look through thier feedback, you will see about 3 Pujols photos that they took a chance on...all were rejected by Spence.
YEAH TO MR NO NAME TALKING ABOUT ME YEAH I MADE A MISTAKE AND GOT 2 PROMOTERS MIXED UP.I DONT DO NBA SO ITS NOT LIKE IM CALLING AROUND FOR D-WADE STUFF
YOUR WRONG RADTKE REPS VICK AND FAVRE FOR SURE I KNOW THAT BECAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT INTO THERE SIGNINGS
HE RUNS http://www.michaelvickautographs.com WHICH IS VICKS MEMORABILIA SITE
YOU CAN GO BACK INTO YOUR HOLE MR NONAME BECAUSE IM SURE YOUR ONE OF THE VICTIMS OF CHRIS'S INVESTIGATIONS.YOU SHOULDNT OF SOLD FAKE JETERS AND YOU MIGHT STILL BE IN BUSINESS
jeter_sucks"
AND ESP I COULD CARE LESS WHERE THEY ARE.I HEARD 3 DIFFERENT STORIES AND REALLY DOESNT MATTER NOW THERE NOT ON EBAY SO THATS ONE LESS SHADY PERSON ON THERE
CC seems to be going after ebay sellers with promises of cheaper fees. Imagine all these ebay rejects dumping their garbage on a CC auction. Explains alot. I dont buy on ebay much anymore, but my method has always been to buy only from sellers that I've found to be legit. I NEVER bought based on an item search, only from the same list of sellers. that might be a good thread to start, list your legit sellers on ebay and let others comment on them.
That's a great idea! I am working on my list right now...
Stumbled upon this site & I need some help-looking for a Pujols sign baseball & wanted your thoughts on item#230091085358-he says he has 1200+ fb on yahoo but on ebay-he only has 163 feedback-any comments would be greatly appreciated-momof2boys.
momof2 i would say his stuff is garbage.check his feedback he allready has been accused of selling fake items allready(230083247910)everything is claimed to be signed in person by his signing photos
big truck would know better then me but somebody told albert is starting to no longer sign balls on the sweet spot.have you heard that too?
and to add to my last comment about that seller he has nothing but superstars.i allways wondered why these so called runners never have any scrubs??only big shot big time exclusives.hes got lots of very popular yankees and redsoxs and many football legends.funny if you checkout his football athletes signing photos it seems there all wearing there probowl lays and shirts.does this guy fly to hawaii just to get few 8x10's signed to sell for 20 bucks??
jeter_sucks"
Hey guys-this is Rob from
2004Senod2004-can you add me to the list of legit sellers on ebay?
Rob... now that's funny! At least you have a sense of humor about your scam.
vladimirgameused27 - something shady going on here...might be the source of those team signed Cardinals jerseys. I am looking into it. Lots of private auctions -never a good sign.
Momof2boys - I'll be honest, that ball looks legit (probably Steiner or MM) but I would bet that the image is stolen from another auction and you will not get that ball. I saw it last night during my search.
Here are some legit Pujols baseball auctions. Albert does sign on the sweet spot still - for charity functions and for other paid functions. His signature on the street is way different than these signatures: These are good:
260087223515
260088540759
230093033333
290086134836
These are likely real:
300081694454
260088038368
Stay away:
250085688341
250086088253
GAI has been authenticating Pujols baseballs too 280085537868 - if they were witnessed, fine. But even though these are close, there is something not right about them. I am not saying that they are fake, I have not seen many that are this looping. I know the seller of this item, and he is a good guy, but I would hesitate to pay more than Albert charges at his own website ($300) when they are stocked, of course.
pujolsfamilyfoundation.com - the best place to find Albert's authentic autograph. It also goes to a good cause. Hope this helps.
To 2004senod2004 -
It is easy for you to play games when you are too afraid to list your crappy items. Not to mention, you have almost 30 negative feebacks. I'm glad you keep posting here, because every time you do, you make yourself look like an idiot.
bigtruck
you got to still be careful with the global coas that say there witnessed.when they run out of the "exaimed item"ones they issued the witnessed ones.one time i sent them 400 items and recived 400 coa's 250 witnessed and 150 exaimed..goes to show why i dont put my name next to theres anymore
jeter_sucks"
hey does anybody know where i can get a NBA AllStar Game game worn gun holster? or maybe even some game used shell casings??
NBA - That is friggin' hilarious.
Jeter Sucks, you're right. I gave them (GAI) too much credit. Thanks for checking me. Although I have a bid on a GAI item now - I know it's real, it just happens to have been passed by them too.
didnt mike Guiterez start GAI? apparently he's no longer with them, but with some company outta Houston. Felt they started out as a reliable company ,but now sounds as though they've gone the way of PSA. Is this change related to Guiteriez's leaving or have they always been so bad?
I did receive some good news from Rich Altman. He said he will be contacting Ebay about the seller (Prestigesigs) and all of their fake Dwayne Wade autograph items. Steiner Sports is not interested at all in helping the situation so I will not be contacting them any more. We do know, of course, that The Pujols Family Foundation is now active in helping to rid the industry of those that rip off the public by those that sell Albert Pujols fake autograph items. But we all know to be a stubborn animal. They consider themselves a "Open Forum" in which they take no responsibility for the sales of fake autograph items. But how can a corporation profit from the sales of those items but take no responsibilty for their content. It's called a double standard. But these problems extend way beyond Ebay. Theese problems exist in local card shops, local card shows, etc. Another problem are the hobby magazines. Beckett will not even acknowledge the problem exist. Did they attempt to get to the bottom of the problem Upper Deck had with it's cut autographs? Many collectors think that just because a hobby store has a huge display ad (or a multi-page ad) in a hobby magazine that the advertiser must be selling authentic autograph items. We all know that to be untrue in some instances. To put it plain and simply it is a epidemic.......Chris W.
When operation bullpen first broke, SCD made the statement that"none of our advertisers sell fake memorabilia". I spewed milk through my nose as I turned to a CC auction 5 pages later.
follow the money and you'll understand why ebay and the hobby magazines dont follow up on dealers like they should.
I echo your sentiments, Jodester.....Chris W.
To tell you the truth I don't think there's anything funny about seller "2004senod2004." He sells fake autograph items in exchange for money. There's nothing funny about that at all. He's been allowed to sell his fakes on Ebay because for the most part Ebay does not care about that part of the transaction. The only part of the transaction they care about is when they accept the fees and commissions from the sales of fake autograph items. I find the whole thing very disgusting......Chris W.
I think all auction houses in general are loose with what they call authentic. I have read plenty of stories about Ruth and Gehris sigs that were ghost signed by wives and secetaries being auctioned with a blanket PSA letter only to be rejected by PSA when the item was sent in individually without the cert letter...now THAT's a double standard!
Chris,
Your buddy Rob here-just a FYI,my items are authentic-that is why ebay has allowed me to sell them.
No, "Rob" - Ebay has just not caught up wth you yet. Not to mention...YOU STILL HAVE NOTHING FOR SALE! It is easy to talk when you have nothing currently listed.
Let's put it this way buddy - if your items were real (which they are not), why are you accepting so little money for them? Because you don't want to draw attention to yourself...
If and when you do decide to sell your garbage again, I will be one of the first ones (You know Chris will) to send some of your items to PSA quick option. I'll make sure that it is your highest dollar item. That way, when eBay is forced to remove your item (after it fails) you will not be able to sell it again without being suspended.
I can't wait to see NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER after your username. Keep pushing buttons in this blog, and you will find out how quickly it becomes difficult for you to pay your rent.
Momof2boys again-what about this one guys-an Albert Pujols sign baseball-item#280085839221. I think it is a fake. Maureen
Quick note to Rob. In the past I have submitted a few of yor items to Quci Opinion and they have failed. Ebay will remove a failed Quick Opinion item but they won't remove all of that seller's fake autograph items because Ebay is all about fees and commissions. You can bet next you list your 100 or so fake autograph items I will forward each and every one to Ebay with a complaint and a few Quick Opinion reports. Many of you sellers have been lucky that Ebay doesn't care. We have helped to have well over 100 bad sellers either removed or prevent them from listing any more fake autograph items. You have been lucky up to this point, Rob. You know exactly what you are selling. Your Item Number 300078537396 (Jason Giambi autograph) is a definite fake. Your Item Number (David Eckstein autograph) 300055182392 is a definite fake. Want me to list more, Rob.....Chris W.
It's nice to see the addition of more contributors to this blog. In the very beginning they were only a few of us (Bigtruck and myself) contributing to this blog about the bad guys. But Bigtruck and myself will be the first to admit that we don't know everything about how things work. I have learned a lot of the new contributors and continue to learn more from my buddy Bigtruck. I want to "Thank you" all for the new things I have learned. For as long as I've been doing my own personal investigation it's nice to know that I have others on my side helping to put the bad guys out of business.....Chris W.
280085839221 - Totally fake.
Guys click on my profile. I posted a list of my favorite sellers in my personal blog.
Good job momof2boys!
i wish i could have caught this in time 330091404714
Wow- J-Man, you ain't kiddin'!!!
Someone is going to make a killing in resale.
Guys, if you don't look at the previous post, it is a Pujols Topps Certifies auto card that had a BIN of $95. I would have picked it up if I had seen it.
This post has been removed by the author.
when that pujols hits the price guide, i bet it will be worth atleast 3 times what that lucky buyer paid for it
For that price, I would have it matted with a photo...screw eBay - I'd take it to a show and barter.
LMAO. Good catch.
i was wondering if you guys could help me out.i read a couple of these posts on all of you seem to be in the loop hole so to say about ebay and signed sports memorabilia.im trying to collect the winning qb's from the past 10 superbowls with full size helmet and im pretty much done execpt for manning and roethlisberger.does anyone know of a reputable dealer(dealers)on ebay i can trust with these 2 guys??theres a lot of diffent examples of there signatures
any help would be great
thanks nfllover
i would stick to Mounted Memories or Steiner on Manning since he's exclusive with them now. Do a search under Manning Steiner or MM for mounted. Same with ben, you can find Mounted I belive.
I was looking to buy a nice Colt's Autographed Helmet. vladimirgameused27 has a nice one #290086431536. Is that a good one to get?
Walker -
I am guessing that you looked at my comment about vladimirgameused27 several posts above. Here is my theory of that seller...I think it is a suspicious question for some reason -
I know that this seller sold a team signed Cardinals 2006 jersey authenticated by "XMI". It looks like the jerseys that have been authenticated by GAI. One problem -many of the signatures are not even close to what they should look like. I emailed the item to the Pujols Foundation and the email I got back was "I would not buy it based on Albert's signing habits - and the Pujols signature is marginal at best." Which, in my opinion means "probably not real". This is from a chairtable organization with nothing to gain by telling me this...they do not sell Pujols jerseys at PFF.
vladimirgameused27 has three team signed GAI authenticated helmets for sale, including the Colts helmet you speak of. I only looked at the Colts listing, and it was a private listing. This always throws up a red flag. Why make it private unless you don't want people contacting bidders...
The Cardinals jersey I spoke of was also listed in a private auction. The buyer had it listed this week. When I contacted him and Chris contacted him, he removed the item...he said he would send it to JSA, but later that day relisted it - it had a $500 bid on it this morning. In the description, he states that he will donate 20% to the Pujols Foundation...
My conclusion is to use your best judgement on the Colts helmet. If you are familiar with the signatures and you agree with GAI, do what you wish. I only buy things with a GAI sticker that I AM CERTAIN are authentic...and that is not many items - actually, 2 items in 5 years on eBay.
I have a feeling that there is a connection between GAI and some sellers out there. Maybe it is payola, maybe there is an "agreement". I assure you that I am watching both that particular seller and GAI. If vladimirgameused27 wants to comment on his items and where he acquired all of those team signed items, I would love to hear it...
NFL LOVER,
theres 2 ways you can go about peyton and big ben.you can go the expensive way and buy mounted memories or you can save a lot of money and buy thm on ebay
i would checkout user i.d's gamedaylegends (for peyton)
steelerman78 (for big ben)
both are are wholesaler buying from mounted so they let stuff go a lot cheaper then.either way you can allways count on both of them to have lots of different items for each player.gamedaylegends will take cheap best offers as long as there above his cost and steelerman78 puts reserves on stuff but there not that high
also if you want tony dungy he just signed exclusive with steiner sports
jeter_sucks"
ALSO NFL LOVER
i just got to add be VERY CAREFUL looking for both of there signatures because i searched manning a few weeks ago and its was 80-90%fake and also roethlisbergers doesnt have that hard of a signature to fake so use your best judgement so you dont get conned by one of the many guys chris,j-man,big truck,me and the others talk about every day on here

I enjoyed looking at your blog page and checked out a couple of your favorite sellers, I really like KHW. They sound familiar but I cant place them,do you know them?
I will post some sellers I have used later.
I found a nice looking Manning Proline Helmet that is from Mounted Memories. Seller looks new but has sold some stuff and has some feedback so i'd imagine i'm covered. He has some nice stuff. item; 180086832605. what should i be paying on a proline from steiner or mounted, they look to be going for 400-500?
Check out the garbage from seller "Sportsguy20000." He has an infinite inventory of junk autographed footballs, jerseys and helmets. He sold a ton of baseball fakes during the baseball season like this Ebay Item 280073079485. Stay away from seller "Sportsguy20000." Chris W.
OK
I was able to do this quicker than I thought. Here is a list of sellers that I have used, please add your comments, but please be objective, no childish personal attacks by someone hiding behind "Anonymous".
1.BILLDANIELSPORTS- been around for a long time and has about everything.

4.QAM - kevin keating, only negative is he dosnt sell his high end items on ebay.

thats a good one chris on the 500 hr bat.158 bucks is all it went for which is good.amazing how dumb people are.all you got to do is check his other listings, brady, peyton, roethlisberger, bettis, rush, etc all real cheap and wheres the scrubs at?.he had everybody on that bat including grumpy old willie mays.of course theres no steiner hologram for hank,"say hey" for willie and i worked with willie mays at a signing one time and i seriously doubt he would sign at bat for free with all those signatures on it.he is a grumpy old man and known throughout the hobby as one of the most diffult/toughest people to deal with reguarding signing.he doesnt like to do inscb's,he doest want a lot of bats signed at his signings/jerseys.remember willie didnt get paid diddly in mlb and lives off this kinda of stuff plus he sells off his own website so doesnt want to add much competion to the market

Jodester -
Two things for you...
First, KHW Hall of Fame Galleries - if you click on KHW in my blog, it will take you to their page. They sell TONS of slabbed deceased HOF signatures...many that are tough. Chances are, if you have purchased a HOF slabbed cut, index card or Perez Steele - you bought it from him. Fast shipping and great signatures. I wonder how he got all of that stuff sometimes. Sportslot is good too, although if you look way back in this blog, they sold a Jeter/Arod ball that was authenticated by A-Rod inc. (Elite) with a probable fake Jeter sig on the sweet spot. I do not think they forged it, and if the Jeter sig was fake, it was a good one that could have fooled 95% of the public. They are nice people too, and I trust them...most of thier stuff is authenticated by PSA or JSA.
Now, for Bill Daniels Sports. He has good stuff too. He was involved in a big ass lawsuit with a major auction house - I think it was Mastro, but I might be incorrect...they sold a lot of thousands of signed 8x10's for about $20,0000. Bill, realizing the potential (there were Jordans, Mantles, etc.) picked it up. When the box arrived, many of the photos were smaller than 8x10, many of the photos were damaged or signed on the darkest part of the photo. Not sure how that ended up.
Also, Bill has a tendency to sell items with a blanket PSA letter since he buys in bulk. I do not turst PSA's blanket letters because it is cursory - which means that they give everything a quick look and base their opinion on a few key items. I'll give you an example fo something to ponder:
250018668751
How could JSA have looked at this card and given it a thumbs up? I have cards from my childhood that I marked up that look better than this.
Jeter_Sucks:
I have heard the same stories about Willie Mays - just a few bats and Jerseys and cranky. I used to own a Mays signed baseball with his hologram AND a PSA cert. I sold it on eBay for $120...quite a bargain for a real autograph of one of the best players ever. Why take a chance on a fake when you can get one so cheap???
I looked at some of the items Sportsguy20000 has on eBay and the signatures look similar to the ones I have in my collection. Are you sure they are fake?
RW
his elway,l.t.,roethlisberges,brady look very questionable.notice he only has great superstars priced for 30 bucks on mini helmets.
i tell you this RW i allways say you can tell a lot about a ebayer by whatelse there selling and even more so by checking there feedback to see what they have sold in the past.usally the same guys over and over again.checkout just a few of sportsguy20000 completed auctions over the last couple weeks
280079856055 colts team sign ball
280079856523 peyton 8x10 10 bucks
280079854549 peyton ball
280061056631 300 hit club bat lol
and come to find out hes reusing his auction pictures.sold a ben roethlisberges mini 280073895714 then listed same auction.so it just goes to show you dont know what your auto is going to look like or even if the pictures hes using are really even his.
trust me somethings not right with this guy
jeter_sucks"
I agree that something is not right with Sportsguy. That 3000 hits club bat looked good with some sigs (Ripken, Gwynn) but they were not close up shots, so no telling how shaky they were...especially when signed in silver paint - it tends to hide imperfections better. The Aaron and Mays sigs are terrible.
HEre is an update from Crystal (baseballmomx5) she apparently has been threatened by Christopher Morales...Mr. Morales, all I have to say is that your connection to Donald Frangipani speaks for itself - for those of you who don't know about Frangipani...google his name. I can tell you this, Forensics in the autograph industry means zero. The HBO RealSports episode that tested authentication companies on sig knowledge prooved that they have no clue they were 0 for 12 when confonted with fakes...they passed all of them. Even GAI did great with what was presented!!!
Here is what Crystal writes:
BIGTRUCK AND FRIENDS,
JUST WANTED TO GIVE YOU GUYS AN UPDATE ON THE AUTOGRAPHS I HAVE. THE FORMER CO-OWNER OF THE STORE { YOU GUYS KNOW WHAT STORE } HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH ME OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS. HIS LATEST E-MAIL TO ME BASICLY SAID THAT MIKE LEPPO USES A COURT CERTIFIED FORENSIC EXAMINER WHO WE ALL KNOW IS CHRISTOPHER MORALES. AND THAT MR MORALES'S OPINION WILL OUT WAY ANY OTHER OPINION I CAN FIND BECAUSE HE IS COURT CERTIFIED. WHAT EVER THE HELL THAT MEANS. SO BASICLY I AM STUCK WITH MY FAKE CRAP. THE CURRENT OWNER AND FRIEND TO THE OTHER GUY WILL WORK WITH ME ON MY JOE DIMAGGIO PICTURE AND THE TWO AUTOGRAPHED CARDS OF MANTLE AND KOUFAX I HAVE. SO I WILL TRADE THEM FOR SOMETHING DONE BY STEINER. THANKS FOR TRYING TO HELP.IT WAS A HARSH LESSON TO HAVE TO LEARN, BUT ONE THAT WILL NEVER BE FORGOTEN. I CANT SAY ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT CHRISTOPHER MORALES BECAUSE I WILL BE SUED FOR DEFIMATION OF CHARACTER. BECAUSE HE HAS A GOLDEN A-HOLE THAT COMES COURT CERTIFIED AND I AM JUST A FEMALE WITH AN UNEDUCATED OPINION. OR SO I WAS TOLD
Makes you want to go to the store and raise hell...
Here is the number of the store again - and their phone number. I ma sure they would appreciate the advertisement for free:

in my entire life i have never seen nore heard of such a thing

Also, check out signaturedreams.com
You will be amazed at the stuff he "passes".
Dang!
the Signature Dreams site is gonna give me nightmares. That is horrible, I wonder if those mantle and Williams baseballs are Marino balls or someone else has started a ring. Very curious, has anyone asked mr. Leppo where he acquires his product? bet he has a great answer.
Bigtruck260,
Yeah Bill Daniels told me the whole story about those photos, I'm not sure what the status is on the lawsuit. I agree about the blanket COA's, theyre a trainwreck.
The only problem I ever had with Bill was when he sent me a item that was not the one pictured in the auction, but to his credit he sent the correct one after I emailed him. It seemed to be innocent on his part, just him not paying attention.
Bigtruck,
On the picture of Mantle & Maris from Crystal. I cant tell from your pic, but if there is an stylized "M" in the bottom left hand corner of that photo, then that is a tip that its a fake. If I remember correctly, thats proof that the pic was generated after Maris's death. Let me know if you find it.
wow signature dreams just blew my mind away.there is no doubt in my mind mr morales is a crook and a scammer.he has to be partners with all of these websites, companys and auction house's he claiming b.s. itesm are real.
who knows this guy could be made up completely and doesnt even exist?
we should do some research to slam something directly at mr morales.
i was thinking after looking at signaturedreams.com at there many autographed bats.saw the famous 6 inscb mantle bat now too.looking at another web site i discovered a 6 inscb mantle ball.i tired to put the pieces together between the 2 sites to connect them and theres only 1 thing connecting them and its chris morales
somebody should go to www.rawlings.com and get there phone # and try and find out when rawlings started producing the black big stick model pictured in allmost ever picture of morales items.theres a very good chance it may have been produced after mantle died.mantle seems to be the one thing morales seems to authenticate more then anything and i know there FAKE so its the athlete of choice.this is exaclty who operation bullpen unfolded with mantle being the featured guy then joe d and babe.if we can get some hard proof against this guy i will make sure it is presented to the fbi's department that handles this kinda of stuff

Ebay Item #250018668751 shows how good JSA is and the many different Pujols Autos that are out there.
Hey guys. Just a quick note. Ebay Item Number 280085512278 from Ebay Seller "Sportsguy20000" and the result from Quick Opinion is "Likely Not Genuine." What a surprise.....Chris W.
To tell you the truth, the LT jersey 280085512278 is one item I would almost guarantee is authentic. Some of the other items might not be but I have about a half dozen Lt items that I obtained in person and the jersey is right on. Hey bigtruck260/dave, you do look a little like nacho libre with that blue mexican wrestling mask.
I am not saying you are right or wrong chris w. but I think in this case psa is incorrect about their quick opinion. you should have sent the eli to be questioned. I think this shows that psa/dna makes mistakes at the sellers/buyers expense.
The truth is I picked the LT item because I was trying to pick what I thought was the most marginal autograph that could go either way. First of all, I have always been suspicious of that seller's baseball autograph items. So I picked the LT item because it was pretty close to a LT PSA approved autograph. But it still failed. Did PSA miss the boat on that item? Maybe and maybe not. Personally I see slight inconsistencies in that item as compared with the LT PSA item on Ebay (170083416023) at this moment. I did the best I could to give that seller the benefit of the doubt. But I am still suspicious of his baseball items that he had up last summer....Chris W.
chris im with you all the way on the l.t. jersey.that was one of the ones that stuck out to me when i veiwed his items this morning.
this is what i see in the middle of his signature at the bottom where im guessing chris noticed a varartion it appears l.t. came back to that spot and gave it a little slash against the loop.you can tell he started from begining to end going through the loops then came back and added that mark to his signature.i watched l.t. for 3 hours signings autographs at someone elses signing before.he doesnt lift his pen up until he puts his number and a dot right next to it.he doesnt go back and add to his signature.
i could be wrong but its just my opinion.if all his items werent questionable this seller wouldnt be on the chopping block right now either.i agree with chris williams and psa however im sure chris morales would pass

That's the exact inconsistency I caught in that autograph, Jeter_Sucks. And I've looked at hundreds of LT autographs on Ebay and, of course, most are fake. The one thing I would like to stress is that we are not on a witch hunt here. Others here and myself do some dedicated research before we submit our findings here. Not only do we do our research but many of us here have been collectors for a long time and we know the difference (for the most part) between the authentic autographs and the forgeries. We also know most of the tricks the forgers use. As dumb as most of the forgers are, their stupidity is masked by Ebay's lack of action against them and that is half of the problem with forged autographs on the auction sites.....Chris W.
Bigtruck,
You know from my history that I'm a big Mantle, Maris, and Ruth autograph collector. I also collect other early Hall of Famers like Johnson, Cobb, Wagner, and I have hunted for a Christy Mathewson for a long time. About 8 months ago, an ebay store listed a single signed Mathewson autographed ball with an LOA from Morales (I only know of three in existence.) I PSA QO'd it and it came back likely not genuine. I had contacted the selling store to see if I could get in touch with the consignor and told him if he had it submitted to PSA or JSA that I would buy the ball for a very large amount. He agreed to send it off. Well, I never heard from him, but I always wondered what happened to the ball. Low and behold it showed up on Coache's Corner last month and sold for LESS THAN $200.00!
I would like someone to convince me that his Joe Montana autographed helmet (Item Number 280085507653) is authentic......Chris W.
batterup im telling you Morales is selling or partnering up with some of these sellers to scam people.after the websites i saw today it angered me very much.i was thinking about taking over overstock.dom as another online avenue to make money but after reseaching it i found there the top seller of memorabilia on there is one of Morales partners.
take a memtal note when i say this, there will be a sequal to opertaion bullpen and im willing to bet unless he gets out of the business Morales will be one of the guys involved
jeter_sucks"
Could not agree with you more. I stay away from anything with his name on it. I know Mantle and Maris, but especially Ruth, and I've seen him find some that were WAY off "consistent."
chris theres no way the montana is real.i will give him credit he did a pretty good job on the "J" but just fell apart on the second part.i wonder how many of those he has sold before or how many he will be allowed to sell before he gets kicked off.
chris you can email his agent, berto
triumphsports@aol.com hes been joes guy for as long as i can remember.hes got a huge show coming up in may so i dont know if you will get a response or not

Hey, Jeter-Sucks, I asked that seller of Item Number 180088466528 how he acquired all of those Derek Jeter autographed baseballs and his reply was "I just came back from florida where I acquired them in person." I just asked him how much he had to pay Derek for all of those autographed baseballs. I am waiting for his reply to that question.....Chris W.
Yes, I will email Mr. Montana's agent and I'll let you know if I get a reply. That seller does give those autographs a great start, but he does "fumble the ball (pun intended)" as he continues with the autograph. As for the so-called authenticator of those "Signaturedream" autographs on that website, it has to make a true collector wonder that if his Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams autograph bats were truly authentic why would he sell them so low. $650.00 for a Mickey Mantle autographed bat! You must be kidding! A Mickey Mantle UDA autographed bat goes for at least $3,0000 and up. And secondly, where the heck did he get all of those Mickey Mantle and Ted Williams autograph bats from? Court appointed or not, I am not impressed! And I am 100% sure that JSA and PSA would not "approve" of those Chris Morales authenticated items.....Chris W.
A follow-up on my look into Ebay Item Number 180088466528. I asked the seller how much he paid Jeter for all of those autographed baseballs his reply was "Trust me I didnt get them all at one time." Chris W.
TO everyone who has been looking at the photos that Crystal (Baseballmomx5) was sold - thanks for the opinions. I especially value the opinion of Batter-up collectibles, now that he has joined the ranks over here.
I always knew he was a good seller, and although we disagreed in theory about the value of GAI, I know that he is a seller of very high end merchandise including Ruth. He was one of the first to identify the Mantle and Maris photos as suspicious. I think we all know about the Joe D. ball. I can't say it enough...geez.
You know, I do look a little like Nacho Libre with the mask on - I'm not really hiding though. My wife thought it would be funny - not to mention, I'm an ugly bastard.
Signature Dreams made me very happy in some ways. I am very satisfied that if Mr. Morales has zero skill in autograph authentication and that Mr. Leppo is a terrible businessman. Most guys who sell fake Mantles at least try to get something for them. he is practically giving his away. WTF??? A ball signed by Mick with 6 inscriptions? Probably worth a few g's if real, right?
And the Mantle jersey that looks like the photo was taken from the Empire State Building...only $575.
I will admit, some of his stuff is real - like the Ricky Jordan 1990 Fleer...and the Charlie Liebrandt 91 Stadium Club. Oh boy. We have stumbled upon a whole 'nother topic. Kelly, time to post something from Morales. Bring it on...
Just another observation abut Signature Dreams and Chris Morales...
Why on earth would someone hand Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams and Willie Mays a cheap Macgregor ball to sign??? have you ever noticed that signatures on those cheap balls tend to bleed no matter what pen you sign with over time???
All of his "official league" baseballs are white and the signatures show no signs of bleeding... funny, because Mantle and Dimaggio have long croaked off - not to mention the signatues are terrible.
I can't believe he is not in prison...Morales, I mean. I hope he tries to threaten me for "defemation of character" as he did Crystal...all this time - and HE is the problem.
yeah all those balls are bright white which is a major red flag.even when buying a baseball from one of todays stars you got to ask the seller is the ball still white.i know this much you can take all the facts like we have done here from type of items signed, type of pens used, dealer repuation, amount of inventory and selling price add all that up and its makes it pretty clear to say morales is a fraud.i wanna say hes just dumb with no sports knowledge but theres to many signs to show that he is a part of these so called compaines that have there mickey mantle websites.i ask you this if signature dreams has all these items on his site,he has a link to overstock.com listings he has and ebay listings.click on overstock and tons of listings, click on ebay and nothing.looks like he got busted on there because what idoit would sell on overstock over ebay??cant wait until the fed's crack down again.it will only happen if more and more people complain to the f.b.i,post office genrals, state officals(during election season)to get something done.i did hear serval months ago that a dealer up north somewhere got busted selling fake brett favres with fake favre holograms.did anyone else hear the same

Hey guys, below is the link to cut & paste into your browser about the second person being charged in that Brett Favre fraudulent memorabilia scheme:
http://www.officialbrettfavre.com/news/story_1975a3a2d781/
Chris W.
I was looking through my old files and here's what I found. Mike Leppo (www.signaturedreams.com) does have a Overstock ID named "Mikel503." That was also his Ebay ID before he changed it to "Signaturedream (without the 'S')." Over a few months time when I submitted his Ebay autograph auctions (includng a Willie Mays autographed bseball) they all came back as "Likely Not Genuine." The Willie Mays was an obvious fake.....Chris W.
The problem with the FBI taking out Morales is that there is no law against being a dumbass,or being bad at your profession. All he has to do is play the ol "it's my opinion" card and they cant do anything, I'm sure he knows this, he does have a background in law enforcement. The key is to educate the public about him so that people like Crystal dont lose a bunch of money. cut off his money supply and he'll close shop.
This was on the signature dreams web site by a fake maris 8x10. I'm sure all the "non certified" authenticators are shaking in their boots at the prospect of having to face off against CM.
Item has been authenticated by Mr. Chris Morales... Mr. Morales is a former Secret Service Agent with 20 years of real world experience in this field, with a double Masters from George Washington University including one in Forensic Science......There is no one in the industry with these high of credentials and experience .... He was featured in Sports Collectors Digest...."Authenticating the Authenticator's"....He is a "Court and Board Certified Forensic Authenticator"... and is recognized as such by any court in the nation.... Mr. Morales can and will testify as an expert in any court of law as to the authenticity of this item if the item is ever claimed to be questionable by any of the other so called "non certified opinionators"...(PSA/DNA..GAI...JSA...etc). Item will be accompanied by a registered and notarized legal document from Mr. Morales.
just a follow up on that M&M boys photo of crystals,
I went back and checked my notes and reread the original article about that photo. I believe now that the color version of this photo didnt come out until after maris' death, but keep in mind that mickey admitted to signing at least 100 where he admitted he felt the maris was fake. so there are some out there with legit mantle sigs, although I doubt crystals is one.
jodster,
your right there is no law about being a dumbass and your right its just a opinion.
im gonna spell it out clearly so theres no doubt with all of you is what im trying to say is that chris morales is part of the scam.he knows this stuff isnt real and im willing to bet hes a silnet partner with guys like singaturedreams and the others.this is exactly what that dr.fran(whatever) was in the bullpen thing.theres was never enough evdeince to charge him however he is black balled from this entire hobby for life.chris m is trying to hide behind his law enforcment career and im sure he is extremly smart and has covered all his bases.all im saying is he is in on this this thing.

First of all, Chris Morales isn't going to sue anyone. If he did, he would have to go up against JSA, PSA, and all of the vintage houses that all specialize in vintage sports autographs. That would bring his authentication practices out in the open and that would be bad for business for him. All of those Mickey Mantle, Ted Williams, etc. autographs authenticated by him would be put under a microscope. I doubt very much if he wants that.....Chris W.
You're right, Chris = he probably does not want any excessive attention because (as Jeter_Sucks references), he is part of the scam.
I do not know of anyone who has sent away for Morales' forensics examination...nobody. Signature dreams and a few auction houses - that's it.
By trying to smear the reputation of JSA and PSA, he is leaning on the few prople out there who are stupid enough to believe that a double Masters in Forensic science (can someone verify it) and a legal background is to be trusted over people who have many years of experience...with sports and celebrity signatures.

"In an industry that is plagued with forgeries, it is often necessary to
determine the genuineness of a signature or autograph. In order to
meet the needs of the memorabilia industry, we have combined the
talents of the forensic and memorabilia community. Thus creating a
unique opportunity for the private collector, general hobbyist, and
auction houses to utilize the same scientific principles for their
authentication needs that law enforcement and the U.S. Government rely upon.
Our experts are not only highly educated and trained, rendering opinions based on
scientific principles, they are also qualified as experts by the state and federal courts,
as well as numerous government agencies, unlike the purported industry "experts"
who have no formal education or training.
In fact these "authentication companies" hide behind disclaimers such as the one
shown below:
"Certification and authentication involves an individual judgement
that is subjective and requires the exercise of professional opinion,
which can change from time to time. Therefore, [company name]
makes no warranty or representation and shall have no liability
whatsoever to the customer for the opinion rendered by [company

This means that after you pay these companies in excess of $150 or more, what

they stand behind their decision.
This industry deserves better, and that's what we offer.
As court qualified experts, our opinions are universally accepted and will stand up

Our experts base their opinions on scientific principles, not guess work and

auction houses with all facets of the evaluation/ authentication process to ensure
with reasonable scientific certainty that the signature or autograph in question is
either genuine or a forgery.
In this site you will find information that will be very helpful and beneficial in your
decision making process. A decision that will be based on scientific fact, not fiction."

Yes, Jeter-Sucks, I was checking out that website last year. That website is only impressive to the novice collector, and, of course, those are the buyers that Mike Leppo and Chris Morales hope to reel in. "Signatures" is asking only $850.00 for a Mickey Mantle autographed bat that also includes five or six inscriptions. Can you imagine the asking price of a Mickey Mantle UDA autographed bat with five inscriptions! The asking price would be well over $10,000.00!!! So why is Mike Leppo only asking $850.00? I also wonder the number of those he has in his possession. It's like Bigtruck write "Chris Morales never saw an autograph he didn't like.".......Chris W.

Jeter,
I understand what your saying and you are probably right. I'm just pointing out that CM is not going to leave any hard evidence to be able to hang him on. He learned well from Frangiapani and has apparently slipped into the space vacated by him. Really it's a great setup, think about all the money Frangiapani made off the marino gang, he gets to keep it all and no prison.
And fyi for CM, Jimmy Spence now is an official, certified forensic examiner, so you cant hit him with that BS anymore. Richard Simon has already been an expert witness in court cases in NY in which he nailed some forgers,so that stuff on the website is all crap to fool the unknowing public.

Funny you brought up Richard Simon - I will tell you that he is the guy I emailed that fake Ruth Card to...and had it pulled. he said to send him anything vintage before the auction ends - he has a contact at ebay. I use his website to access him - I posted a link in an earlier comment.
He detests amy forensic examination..and I bet with enough emailing we could get him to help us with Signtature Dreams.
Chris - that Mantle/Williams/Mays ball is exactly what I was talking about when I said that there is no way someone hands those guys a Magregor cheapies to sign on. Funny how almost all of his high end baseballs are that way.
HE HAS A RUTH baseball from the20'2-30's that is as white as a ball that just came off the press. The ball and sig would grade an overall 9, but he listis it at $5 grand. I would send it to be graded and list it for $20K - I have seen balls in this condition very rarely, and when I do, they go for a massive premium...
Maybe Batter-Up Collectibles can elaborate, since he collects this stuff - and sells it.
Also Chris and Jeter, the least of my concern about that Mantle sig would be the smudge...how about the horrible crescent M's/ - good grief.
This post has been removed by the author.
Yes, Bigtruck, that Mickey Mantle is simply horrible. The Mick never would have signed a baseball like that. And how about the pen pressure on all three autographs. It's the same. I wonder the number of those Mike has in his possession.....Chris W.

As for the Ruth ball on sig dreams, it is my opinion that the Ruth is not authentic. The B and the E in Babe are both very suspect. May be a clubhouse? If I thought it were authentic, I'd pay 15-20K for it. The Ruth cut listed on the same web site has the exact same characteristics.

Daisuke Matsuzaka signed Red Sox Baseball
Item number: 190086495241.. check the story out on that.. wow..
heres his best stuff.. A-Rod and Jeter signed ball..
190086495564 ..
..someone needs to tell him that his crap has been sent to FBI Fraud Dept or something to scare the crap outta him.. its just sad and pathetic the stuff he puts up!!
Hey, Brandon, yes we did mention seller "Cavemancandoit99" awhile back. They are an old resurfaced bad seller that Ebay has allowed back on again. His history reads he is a Ebay "newbie" but he isn't. The moment he resurfaced he began using "Private" auctions. Make no mistake that seller "Cavemancandoit99" sells forgeries. Yes, Jeter-Sucks, I was looking at the hockey (my dopey Rangers probably won't make the playoffs) cards and the Crosby fakes. Anyone who knows hockey is aware that any rookie autograph from Crosby goes for top dollar. Every time I think how about extensive the fake autograph memorabilia industry is it infuriates me. And Ebay has fueled that "extensiveness" by allowing this bad guys to continue selling their garbage as a wholesale source to local dealers who then resell that same garbage at local card shows or shops at triple their purchase price. We haven't had a real card show here in NJ in awhile but I will be checking on a few cards stores very soon to see what they are selling in the way of autographs......Chris W.
Check out this fake autograph item from seller "Crazymeatball415." It is Ebay Item Number 190084840543. Look at the flow of all four autographs. They were all done by the same person....Chris W.
Brandon, great find on seller "crazymeatball415." Chris W.
chris you live in new jersey??you should come to the fanasty football spectular in edison.theres tons of vendors there with everything u could want.best show in the hobby

Okay guys, check out Ebay Item Number 190086495241. It is from seller "Cavemancandoit99." It is a fake autographed baseball of Boston Red Sox pitcher Daisuke Matsuzaka. The seller describes how he acquired the baseball. He writes "If you are wondering how I obtained this ball, I have a friend in Japan who I sent baseballs to, and had him get them signed for me, and then I bought the balls back from him."
Yeah right. Total forgery.....Chris W.
Check ebay item 230060890445, a blank unsigned Colts helmet... noticed the winning bidder, then notice what the winning bidder sold a few days later, item 330087727436. Made a quick 425.00 profit, then look at how many times he did this...
Wow. That seller did that so many times. Colts, Chargers, Bengals, Gators helmets bought from other ebay users and then the buyer goes and forges a teams worth of autographs and sells it a week later. That is very disturbing. How could the buyers not catch on to that?
I've been complaining to Ebay since last July about seller "Alwayz_Rackin05" and Ebay allows him to continue to sell because he sells high end fakes that make them big commissions. They simply won't do anything about him. If everyone here (like I just did) went to the fake Colts signed helmets he sold and "Reported" to Ebay that he's been buying helmets and then forging them that might make Ebay take action. Let's a few of us to do that....Chris W.
I knew that Batter-Up would find that Ruth ball on Signature Dreams site suspect...any ideas on how one could keep an old ball so white?
Anyone interested in a pre-rookie signed Pujols card? Just 5 grand - that's all:
280085704926
Make sure you keep it in a safe place so that your grandkids can enjoy it.
Seller "Pjuice1757" just put up his 13th forged Tiger Woods autographed golf ball. It is Ebay Item Number 230097365865. I've emailed Ebay at least 20 times about this seller's infinite inventory of fake Tiger Woods golf balls. I guess Ebay likes the sales.....Chris W.
Check out ebay item 260091044154. Just like the home made fake Ruth autographed cut card, this one has 2 fake cuts of Dimaggio and Williams
if those cuts were authentic, and they decorated the wood somewhat, that would be kinda cool... nice way to showcase 2 cuts.
i think it's stupid that on the COA things on the back they mention it took 14 hours to create. almost as if they are bragging about it. i wonder if that 14 hours includes signing the names over and over until they look close enough to real.
chris whats the deal with pjuice??hes only got that 1 woods ball up as his only auction.he is listed as a powerseller but it appears he doesnt do many auctions.he is just putting up high end things like tiger woods??thats a good way to stay under the radar.most of these guys put up dozens of dozens of fake auctions at a time.maybe thats why ebay isnt taking any action because theres not much to look at
jeter_sucks"
...coming from the same reliable seller that once sold strands of Linclon's hair for 50 bucks..
Jeter_sucks,
This guy has been around for a while. At one time, he had 5 different user id's all bidding on his Nicklaus/Palmer signed photos and his Tiger Woods golf balls. We called him out a few months ago and eBay shut down his many user id's. If you look at his profile, you will notice that he won some of his own items and even left himself feedback, Every ID that is no longer registered is likely him.
He is one of the worst out there.
i especially like that jeter ball that pjuice sold. it's probably the most rediculous forgery i have ever seen. that chris morales jeter picture is a close second.
Jeter-Sucks, that seller "Pjuice1757" use to have a bunch of Ebay ID's that he used for shill bidding on his own auctions. Ebay shut down his other ID's but allowed him to keep one. Every 10 days or so he puts a fake Tiger Woods autographed golf ball. The one he has up now is his 13th one. I even sent Ebay the article in which Tiger states that he does not sign golf balls. He won't even sign golf balls for UDA. Ebay refuses to remove his Tiger Woods auctions......Chris W.
check out ebay seller:
primetimesportsinc
J-Man
I saw Primetimesports a few nights ago. Questionable to say the least. Suprised it took us this long to post about them...
they are very questionable. i have good reason to believe that the ryan howard signed hat is a fake. probably goes true for everything else they have listed.
IM SURE HES ANOTHER SELLER THAT GOT THE BOOT AND IS BACK HDING UNDER A NEW NAME
MAYBE EVEN A SELLER WE HAVE TALKED ABOUT ON HERE
jeter_sucks"
It's unbelievable that someone paid $151.00 for Ebay Item Number 190086495564. It is a forgery of a Jeter/Arod autographed baseball from seller "Cavemancandoit99." Jeter-Sucks is right on the money with so-called new seller "Primetimesportsinc." Looks like a resurfaced bad seller. I have already contacted Iron Clad Authentics about their Ryan Howard autograph items. I have also contacted Rich Altman about their Dwayne Wade autograph items.....Chris W.
Check out the garbage team-signed football helmets from Ebay Seller "Alwayz_Rackin05." Ebay allows this seller to continue selling their fakes....Chris W.
contact mitchell marketing/ simply awesome about ryan howard. they have the exclusive rights to him

I just sent off an email to Mitchell Marketing. I do know that Iron Clad Authentics sells Ryan Howard autograph items even though they are not his agent. If I get a reply I will post it here....Chris W.
Jeter Sucks is right about old habits..
After making a good liveing signing blanks for a few years, a guy like Chris or myself comes along...pesters the crap out of him, emails his buyers, reports him to ebay (sometimes local authorities, right Chris?)post his user ID here...send his items to PSA, etc. etc.
They eventually quit with the ID that has made them famous (fansindastands, diamondsfinest) and resurface as a guy like cavemancandoit99 who in the past 2 weeks has put up 14 Albert Pujols signed balls, bats and photos.
Who in their right mind pays $70 for a Pujols bat. Even ESP was selling them for $2200...they made the most of that signing, huh?
Remember Streetsigned from a while back? Check his stats now...he went from selling fakes to just stealing from people. Give us time...we have the talent on this board to get the job done. You guys amaze me every day with what you bring to the table.
Jeter_Sucks - got any Cardinals signed?
Bigtruck you are absolutely right. "Streetsigned" went from selling forgeries to not even shipping the forgeries he sold. What's really amazing, and this bears repeating, and that is there are crimes being committed on Ebay: The sales of forgeries. Ebay is making money from the sales of those forgeries. What is wrong with that picture! If Ebay took the necessary and quick action against those bad sellers, we would not be so critical of them, but at this point they deserve this criticism. They are half the problem, especially since they have the resources to eliminate those bad sellers. Why is "Fansindastands" still "active" after selling a few thousand fakes? Why is seller "Cavemancandoit99" who is selling obvious forgeries being allowed to sell their garbage. And I will bet a weeks pay that seller "cavemancandoit99" is another resurfaced bad seller that Ebay has allowed back on again. Ebay is half the problem.....Chris W.
no big truck i dont do much baseball.im more of a football kinda guy.i used to sell lots of ozzie smith and ive have edmounds stuff before but other then that not really much cardinals.i dont do much basketball either unless im just drop shipping upper decks jordan or kobe.
ebay makes no sense chris, while were here bitching about the fraud being commited instead of ebay spending time catching the crooks the ended 4 of my listings for "keyword spamming" while pjuice and caveman are counting there hard earned cash
jeter_sucks"
i also used to sell stan the man for a long time too
jeter_sucks"
Hey, Jeter_Sucks, I never heard of that infraction on Ebay. What exactly does that mean? I'd love to throw that back at them. Thanks....Chris W.
jeter_sucks got his items kicked off because he sold forgeries. he is making excuses on why they were cancelled. he has now joined bigtruck260 and perch712 because if he cant sell his fake stuff he will try to ruin all other dealers.
this is why he will not post his user name on ebay because he is another suspended seller thinking he knows his stuff.
I just found the most horrible Jeter forgery I have ever seen. I thought I had seen the worst.
http://cgi.ebay.com/DEREK-JETER-AUTOGRAPHED-INDEX-CARD_W0QQitemZ140089782726QQihZ004QQcategoryZ27263QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
Im not so sure that Jeter index is fake, it looks like his very early signature, before he signed with the Yankees, maybe high school... any thoughts?
The Jeter signed index card looks pretty good. I have a few of his early autograph cards from the 1992 4-Sport Classic product and that is exactly how he signed back then. If it isn't authentic then it is very, very close....Chris W.
Hey guys, below is an email I received from seller "Pjuice1757," and it reads:
I asked you once to stop emailing me. I then gave you a warning, establishing that your emails are harrassing me and to stop, but yet you continue to email me. I have contacted my local police department and figuring that I am in law enforcement, I have requesting to seek out charges for harassing email, thankfully the lawmakers in VA have declared that a criminal offense. I am notifiying ebay of the investigation as well, to get you kicked off the their site as well. Your an idiot, maybe you should really think about how stupid you are, I told you this is a second job for me, and I am making a commission on what I sell. But do to your stupidity, you will now have an open warrant in VA. Which is amazing figuring that even though you live out of state, if you ever have a criminal history check you will show up as being wanted in VA.... I can tell I am working with a brilliant person.
This from a seller who has a infinite inventory of fake Tiger Woods golf balls....Chris W.
Also, the last Tiger Woods auction seller "Pjuice1757" had up on Ebay was removed. Here is the Ebay Item Number: 230097365865. Included with my complaint to Ebay about that seller was a link to the article in which Tiger Woods states he does not sign golf balls....Chris W.
chris, did pjuice say he is in law enforcement? i would think if he is that he would have a better understanding of the law. meaning better grammer, maybe throw in some police lingo, and most of all- NOT SELL FAKES!
it's almost funny how pretty much every seller that is confronted about their fakes is either a lawyer or in law enforcement.
but then again, when you're on the internet you can be whoever and whatever you want.

keyword spamming is using other keywords that dont have anything to do with the auction.for example one auction was a peyton manning signed jersey.in my title i put superbowl xli .isnt that what peyton just played in and got mvp??the other 3 where jersey cards where i added at end "no auto"im sure you have seen that 1000,s of time.
who is the mr. anonymous thats got the hard on for me??you think posting negative comments about me will get me to tell you my companys name??funny i bet your the one who got booted from ebay.im a platium powerseller and i actually own a 'REAL" company not one like your with made names and coas.bet you sold a jeter ball and chris got you...lol
jeter_sucks"
Guys - Pjuice1757 or Jeff Stovall is the most crooked seller I have come across who deals in small time forgery and shill bidding.
J-Man is right, they are all lawyers or cops...I plan on calling the VA authorities to locate an officer Stovall. I will also search the web for his residential number. He is in the wrong - not us.
I love the anonymous posters in this blog who only pop up when they see thier names mentioned here. You know who you are. I hope that this blog bothers you. Get used to it, the rent will soon be due, and the money supply is drying up...
"funny i bet your the one who got booted from ebay.im a platium powerseller and i actually own a 'REAL" company not one like your with made names and coas.bet you sold a jeter ball and chris got you...lol"
the comment above is the same comment jeter sucks gives everytime he is called out.
The truth is I was burned by one of the sellers you have reported to ebay and that is how I found the site.
Who sold it to you - and what did you buy? If you don't mind me asking.
so why the personal attack towards me??when i hear someone on hear talking bad about the people who post regualry on here i can only assume your one of the bad apples.chris is the one that goes after jeter sellers and is very pro active about it so if you are a bad seller its a pretty good chance you sold a fake jeter.i only try to help others on here with any knowledge i can offer.
i think your full of it and your either sendoid2004 or one of those other rejects that has came on here

isnt it amazing how fast that stuff spreads.allready seeing other ebayers selling fansinthestands fakes.did you check out his crosby or big mac??there horrable.i will let chris make the call on the jeter.
you know you can get all of his auctions booted execpt for the fansinthestands ball because on all his signed cards he doesnt list the coa provider.its against ebay policy to list items without nameing the coa because it could be on the list of banned authentcators.you may find that a useful tool attacking other bad sellers in the future
also look at that guys feedback.see he sold lots of fake albert p,big mac and jeters without having a contract with the athlete how could one get that many of the best of the best.only thing he is missing is jordan and tiger
jeter_sucks"
Right.
Thanks for the tip on the COA's - I will use it one of these days. The guy who is selling that item is a know purveyor of forged material purchased on eBay.
Albert does not sign for just anyone these days.
the whole pjuice thing with the tiger woods balls got me curious as to how many woods balls are on ebay
i guessed 20-30 but to my surprise there is not one single woods signed ball on ebay.
chris i have a feeling your emails to ebay about the article may have made a difference.im not put to par on what is sold for woods on ebay.is this normal or does it look like ebay finally took some action
jeter_sucks"
Looks like rupezimystic has found a cheap source for Cardinal and Pujols autographs. Pujols autos for $26.50? Has this guy got a Cardinals connection?
Hey guys, here is the latest email from seller "Pjuice1757."
Absolutely, but you fail to understand no one has made a criminal complaint against me. Also since the fact that I have worked security for Mr. Woods and he actually knows me, I'd be happy to tell the authorities that as well. Learn the game buddy, Mr. Williams, a court order was sent out to Ebay today for your home address and your information. As soon as the detective handling my case has that information I plan to obtain an warrant. No complaints, nothing has ever been filed against the items I have sold to people. So how about you leave the law enforcement to the professionals, and not an ass like yourself!
Chris W.
Hey, Jeter-Sucks, I've seen tons of Peyton Manning auctions with that same text and they weren't removed. I find that rather curious. Is Ebay singling out those that are trying to rid them of the bad sellers on their auction site? Makes me wonder. Also, Jeter_Sucks, you may be right about that Tiger Woods article I forwarded to Ebay. This is the first day I have not seen any Tiger Woods autographed golf balls on Ebay. Interesting, isn't it. Funny thing is I sent Ebay that article over a year ago and they finally got the message about all of the Tiger Woods forged golf balls. Hey, J-Man, I also see other sellers beginning to sell the "Fansindastands" garbage on Ebay. Any I see I report to Ebay immediately. Hey, Bigtruck, great line "The rent is due and the money supply is drying up."
Chris W.
It's pretty sad on Ebay when your list of "Favorite Sellers" is a list of crooks on Ebay. I have my "Favorite Sellers" list maxed out to 100 and it contains those sellers who sell forged autograph items. That's pretty sad. But it's the only way to keep an eye on these "bad sellers" since Ebay doesn't do it. And if a "bad seller" changes their Ebay ID, that old Ebay ID automatically changes to the new Ebay ID in your "Favorite Seller" list.
Chris W.
yeah chirs it must have something to do with your complaints.i doubt upper deck stepped in but it appears there wasnt a boat load of signed flags too.tiger only signs scorecards, programs, trading cards and paper at golf toruments is what im told and only signs the flags for upper deck.last time i checked it was 2 grand for a uda masters flag but they were 100-200 bucks on ebay for the guys like pjuice
i think all of us working together and sharing all of our information can make a differnce, cant change the hobby but maybe at the least help ebay become a safer market place.ebay probaly acted on your serval complaints about pjuice and tiger in general.
chris i see peytons on there all the time with sbxli or superbowl in the title.i think they were teaching me a leason for the jersey cards because i did do that to genorate more searchs by putting "no auto"in the title and just happens to be one card was a manning swatch.ive heard ebay does proactive searchs for the words"no" and "like" as there the common words to use for spamming
jeter_sucks"
Practice does make perfect, almost. Check out item 300086481728... this guy is getting VERY VERY good at forging Jeter.
yes that looks very good like a very good job.i would allmost say its real before i checked his feedback and saw that he sells more jeter then steiner does.looks of balls and bats
checkout this other item he is selling colts team signed helmet 300086063932 first look at the peyton signature,im very familar with peytons signature like bigtruck and albert and chris and jeter and i can tell you its fake even without the close up.
also stop and think for a mintue why is it that peyton signed the best spot on the helmet??does that mean out of all those signature peyton happened to be the first to sign it?highley unlikey i like to think that whoever is forgering the helmet is starting with the big names first.maybe a few colts did sign that helmet i dont know but i know peyton manning never touched it
jeter_sucks"
In reference to Ebay seller "Favoritessc" he has sold six Derek Jeter autograph items, five Indy Colts team-signed helmets, nine Florida Gators team-signed helmets, three Bears team-signed helmets, two NO Saints team-signed helmets, two Ohio Buckeyes team-signed helmets and three SD Chargers team-signed helmets. Incredible. I have asked the seller how he acquired all of those team-signed helmets.....Chris W.

Bill Johnson -
Interesting that you bring up rupezimystic...I have noticed a pattern of buying from them. here is what I have come up with. They have no idea nor dea they care what Albert's sig looks like. They buy all of the supposed fakes and re-sell them, like Chris said...for a very small profit.
Recently, I saw a hat the Omni auctions (akineetwin) had up. It was a 2006 World Series hat, which is ultra rare becasue as everyone now knows, Albert only signs ball and hats. This one was actually authenticated by PSA!!! Akineetwin bought it from rupezimystic for a lousy $40..which means that rupezimystic probably bought it for next to nothing. It was last week, if you do an advance search, you can find the auction...I think it went for $300! Either PSA messed up (likely) or rupezimystic actually sold an authentic item without knowing it's value.
There is a lesson to be learned here. When buying a high dollar item like a Pujols/Jeter/Manning, it pays to use PSA quick option - you never know when something has been discarded might have value.
They still sell a bucnch of crap, but they got lucky and lost out on a huge profit - serves them right.
Batter-UP
Email me from your home email address instead of thru eBay. They will not let me contact you. YOu are being "protected" from me - seriously! Ha Ha ha
bigtruck260@msn.com
bt,
forget the first e-mail, but definitely check out the links on the second. you will love them.
What do you guys think about auction 230098671177?
Right on. Very good Batter-Up. You know exactly where my heart is right now. I owe you one. Thanks.
Guys, cavemancandoit99 just put up 60 auctions...Take a look:
http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZcavemancandoit99QQhtZ-1
This guy has grown a set of 'nads in a week. 20 Pujols items and counting - now he has Jeters/Aron. Ortiz/Romo - anyone who is big right now...all on official league balls and teeny tiny pictures in case you want to use quick opinion.
Great, another bad seller returns.
HEY everyone - Check out this gem from seller 6642brianh. This is the idiot who posts the Pujols Foundation website and the PSA quick opinion link in his auctions.
He is selling his collection of boixng photos because he is broke - and a Hank Aaron ball, a David Ortiz ball and this:
170086518538
I know that this seller reads the blog - he once posted here as badguy and admitted to selling fakes. I am seding this one to quick opinion because I thought he learned his lesson...hopefully, this time he is banned.
Big Truck: 6642brianh was not the bad seller who admitted to selling fakes. I will remain anonymous for obvious reasons. I still am repenting and have not sold any fakes for over 2 months.
Ooops.
He emailed me and told me that he was not going to sell fakes anymore after reading our blog -
And he hadn't until last night.
Just another bad seller trying to make a quick buck.
Thanks for your honesty - and the fact that you no longer sell fakes. That's what's important.
update on pjuice
he now is selling a david beckman signed ball now.i know nothing at all about soccer but i know enough that david is the sports poster child.curious as to how many fake beckmans are on ebay there was only 4 items listed under autographs.to me that is very strange and i can only come up with this that someone from his marketing firm is policeing his name on ebay.you would think with what we see of jordan, peyton, tiger, jeter etc etc beckham would be all over the place.
i have a filling pjucie's auction is gonna get booted
230098680184
also he now is showing 2 different photos in his auction of someones memorabilia store.im sure he stole them off a site.notice in one picture theres a lot of steelers and eagles kinda like you would see in a store in pa...hes in vigrina so wheres the redskins and ravens stuff??why is it that he has lots of his local market teams rivals and not the actual local team that your gonna sell easy???because its just another con in his way of scamming people.i feel pjuice knows the heat is on so hes trying to come up with new things
chris arent you in email contact with pjuice??email him and ask him if thats his store in the picture that has the 4 footballs across the bottom, ask him who is on the first ball(larry johnson).he wont know
jeter_sucks"
Hey Guys, I had a little flashback to a memorabilia store I visited at a mall recently... I am 99.9% sure this guy took his photos in his auction with his camera cell phone... this is the store he was at in the photos... go to this link (the store is BC Sports Collectibles):
http://www.bcsports.com/edealinv/servlet/ExecMacro?nurl=static/StoreLocate.vm&ctl_nbr=2400
here is the correct link: "http://www.bcsports.com/edealinv/servlet/ExecMacro?nurl=static/StoreLocate.vm&ctl_nbr=2400"
If that doesnt work, go to bcsports.com, and at the top of the page, click store locator.
Nice catch on the BC Sports. I believe you are right. If you look at pjuice's photo in the auction with the helmets in it, all the items have a logo on the piece of paper that looks like it would have the price/description of the item on it. The logo is in the upper left hand corner of them. I blew that pic up on my PC and it looks just like the BC logo on the front of their store from the website.
-BC
This is def. BC sports now that I look even further. In the same pic from pjuice's auction, there is an AXE in the photo. I searched "AXE" on BCsports and they have for sale a Jeremiah Trotter signed AXE, inscribed "AXEMAN". Seems like an odd item to have. Then when you look closer at the axe. BC sports' axe has their UPC is on it. Then look at pjuice's axe, same style upc. You can even see the signature's are both Trotter. This guy really needs to be taken down.
Here is the link to the BCsports Trotter signed axe. http://www.bcsports.com/bc/ctl2400/cp6134/si702267/cl1/jeremiah_trotter_autographed_philadelphia_eagles_replica_mini_helmet

Hey, Bigtruck, Ebay removed all of autograph items from seller "6642brianh." But they still have to do much, much more as we all well know. Jeter_Sucks, I sent an email to seller "Pjuice1757" and asked him "If he was also David Beckham's bodyguard." I also asked him about that football in the showcase of that photograph contained in his auction.....Chris W.
HEY B C
do you work at bc sports??
jeter_sucks"
I have been very critical of Ebay on this blog and rightfully so. Many of us own collections both for the uniqueness of owning something special and also for investment purposes. We all hope that the value of our collections increases in value as time marches on. Now for those of us that are involved in the stock market we also hope that the value of our stock increases as time moves on. Hopefully as our stock sits there the SEC is watching over everything preventing fraud, etc. But who the heck is watching Ebay? While these crooks continue to sell their forgeries on Ebay, the value of many collections has dropped due to the rampant fraud being perpetrated on Ebay every day. Eventually Ebay will have to take corrective action to fix this problem or eventually their lack of action will come back to haunt them. How can a company be allowed to profit from the sales of forged autogrpah items. The sales of forged autograph items on Ebay is at epidemic proportions and it is only getting worse. Ebay has become the biggest wholesale source for fake autogrpah items, that then get sold at local card shows and shops. "Ebay, when will you put a stop to all of this? You have the resources to do it and the money to do it. Now please get to work on it!!!"
Chris W.
Jeter_Sucks
Nope, I don't work at BCsports. The "BC" is just a coincidence. That's the moniker I've posted under here, it's my initials. I'm just a casual collector disgusted with the condition of our hobby/business.
I just took what the other poster said about BCsports and investigated a little further and found the logo and the Trotter signed axe as things that proved the photos are in fact a BCsports store.
-BC (not the store)
I just emailed BC Sports and referred them to that "Pjuice1757" auction with the photo of the card shop and asked them if the photo in that auction is their card shop. Hopefully I will get an answer tomorrow. Great detective work on that BC Sports Shop photo.....Chris W.
i was curious i have brought athletes to different stores of theres over the years.they are a great company and have very nice people working for them.bc is a class act
jeter_sucks"
jagshemash.. my name is borat.. i sell many fakes on ebay.. they are soooo good that psa passes them.. gai is a cakewalk.. i likeeeee.. hey big truck fuck you..
hey guys,
i've been reading the beckett boards recently, and i don't think we have ever shined light on this topic before, but there is not just a problem with fake autographs, but there is also a problem with game used patch cards. somebody had posted a kirby pucket game used patch card that was numbered out of five, that books for about $65. there was supposed to be a piece of jersey in it, but somebody put in a patch that shows part of the Twins logo, and sold it for $700 on ebay.
somewhere there was a thread where they had listed a bunch of fake patch card sellers.
maybe around 10 i can find that link before class.
borat- i bet bigtruck busted you.
why else would you have any beef with him?
maybe next time you should just sell legit signatures.

Borat - aka: Turd. That was a funny movie. Might want to watch the language before Kelly ices you. Posting here is a priveledge. I thought your comment were funny -because if they are true, it just confirms my beliefs about GAI. Proof is in the puddin' and if you want to make claims about PSA, then show me some of your work.
The ID of the BC sports shop is key. I can't stand Pjuice1757, JEFF STOVALL...he is snide and tries to threaten people as a defense mechanism. Threaten all you want...and I'll tell this to "turd" who posted above...Threatening people in an internet forum or by email is about as stupid as it gets. You never know who you are emailing...and you are putting your words in a permanent format. If you are selling fakes, and you threaten someone by saying that you are a police officer (Pjuice1757) you had better be prepared to face the music. Impersonating a police officer is an offense in every state as far as I know.
When PJuice says he is in law enfocement, I take that to mean that he is a campus security guard for the high school where he was beaten and made fun of every day...or he is a security guard in the mall where BC sports is located.
big truck i think your
when pjuice says hes in law enforcement i think he meant to say hes on parrole and its being enforced by the law.wonder does his parole o. know he was former bodyguard of tiger and beckham

being a rent-a-cop doesn't pay well.
that's what leads to selling forged signatures on ebay.
I would like to get into this blog...... as an avid sportscard and autograph collector especially old A's memorabilia and Phillies. There are very reputable dealers out there and auction sites and I have bought from Coaches Corner, I also happen to know Ted Taylor who used to be a dealer (just like Jim Spence) and he also ran the sports memorabilia show out of the Philly area for year --- was in Reading this year. I would say no matter who the authenticator is if you are UNSURE of the autograph -- don't buy it -- if it is to good to be true -- don't get it. I had a hcokey book authenticated with 91 sigs and they said it had 84 because they couldn't find the light ones in their -- JSA by the way. It's churn and burn same thing with card grading -- it is big business boys and it is getting harder to play ball every day. Higgins and Scott very good guys get these letters for thier auction and you never know if one or 2 sigs are secretarial or ghost. If everybody did their job 100% all the time as far as authenticity --- autograph collecting costs would go up about 400%. Only way to know if you're autograph is real is in person signings. I have followed Jimmie Foxx signatures for 20 years since I was 15 and would say that about 30% of the sigs that are authenticated are secretarial.
Overall (khw Hall of Fame Gallery) is the best but Kurt sometimes may make you wait a couple of weeks to a month for your merchandise but he is the fairest and best on Ebay. I buy most of my stuff from him because he is no-nonsense.
Thanks,
Rick B. (Ebay ID: sirbrzyski1970)
KHW is one of the best for slabbed HOF signatures. Great selection and fair pricing. Good post.
I recently won a Miami Heat 2005-2006 Team autographed ball from a raffle. I have the letter from the Miami Heat, who donated the ball, thanking the organization they gave it to so I know it is authentic. I am trying to find out what steps I should take to sell this. I got a little confused on how to make a new blog posting, so I am just commenting on the most accurate post I could find. Thank you in advance to anyone who helps me.
Hello, the authentication from the Miami Heat is key, especially if you have a letter direct from them. I would put it on a high end auction site like AmericanMemorabilia.com or Lelands.com that is where you will get the most money for it. Hope that helps, thanks!
what do you guys think of this?
