We accept returns for 30 days as long as the item has not been used and it is great condition. All documentation needs to be returned to get a full refund. Our return process is easy and effortless!

If you receive a damaged package, please call us at 951-750-1099 and we will schedule DHL to pick up and inspect at no charge to you. YOU MUST KEEP THE PACKAGE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER. All damage claims must be reported to us via phone within 7 days after receipt of product. If notification is not received then we will assume the product arrived undamaged.
